TCS Siruseri campus wins Best Architecture Award for 2011

The TCS campus at Siruseri has won the Best Architecture Trophy for the year 2011 at the International Property Awards held in London recently.

Siruseri IT Campus for Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) was designed by Carlos Ott Architects in association with Carlos Ponce de Leon Architects.This unique and carefully master planned complex is being created to bring together different activities and to act as a showcase for TCS as a worldwide leader in It solutions.It also demonstrates what an emerging country such as India can achieve.

The aim was to host and provide physical solutions for the extremely complex tasks undertaken by the IT industry while reflecting the cutting edge technology that its engineering processes involve.This was accomplished by combining extraordinary shapes with the physical flexibility required in this ever-changing industry.One of the landmarks of the project is the 132m Customer Care Centre Tower overlooking the entire campus ,the city and the Bay of Bengal.

More than its size,the architectural and structural features of TCS Siruseri will stand out for many years to come..Organised around a central spine ,it generates an excellent working environment in which both quality of life and work intermingle.Moreover,this central spine allows those working there to enjoy the interior as well as the exterior parts of the campus.The park also offers a wide range of activities for its employees including a clubhouse with gym,outdoor running circuits,swimming pools and a small golf and driving range
